Apparently you're out of order if they disagree with you.

I am SO glad my mother took me out of PA in 1948! It is entirely too close to NJ!
I have no desire at all to go back there!
By the way, you folks back there are welcome to bring your businesses to Montana. We would welcome you.
Our politicians usually listen to us.

I'm having a hard time hearing the conversation going on, what was the reasoning behind having him removed? What caused him to be "out of order"?

From what I hear, the committee chairman didn't like what he was saying, claimed he was straying from strictly addressing the bill being discussed, declared him 'Out of order", and had him removed by (ARMED) police officers.
Watch closely to see the officer chewing his cud like a complacent cow. Now, there's a confidence builder!
I once encountered a like situation at a school board meeting. We all left, after stating that the recall petitions would be started first thing in the morning.
The board decided that maybe they should listen to our parental concerns!
I would have done the same thing at that meeting. I would have stood up, stated recall petitions for malfeasance would begin circulating in the morning for ALL the members of the committee, and left!

So then this guy should have opened fire killing everyone in the room who disagreed with him? What's the cash prize for dumbest post ever?
