Perhaps you should read:

No, its "Legion" as in many or a multitude. You are thinking (if that term can be used) of the term "the stuff of legends".

A few WEEKS!!!!!

I had a painful problem with my eye a month or so ago. I went to the ER, got s pain shot and a anti-nausea shot, and within 30 mins of that, was in the CAT Scan getting a Scan. Later in the day, I had an emergency visit with an eye specialist.

A few WEEKS. That is insane, but the stuff of the Canadian System. Waiting ""forever" (the quotes mean it is figurative, not literal).

Case closed - a few WEEKS, my ass. No wonder it has such a poor rep.

Lol. Are you a Canadian? Do you know any Canadians?

I know countless Canadians. None of them have ever said they would trade their healthcare system for America's.

Republicans want to think they know the ins and outs of the Canadian healthcare system because they listen to a bunch of right wing nonsense on the television.

Not true, the better your ability to pay the better your care. Russians die all the time because they cannot afford American medicine; they get all the "free" charcoal they want though.

Says who? Where is that written. Nobody owes anyone a living, including medical care, food, clothing shelter. We are Americans, not Canadians, for crying out loud, EH.

Your Canadian argument is already closed.

Waiting a few WEEKS. OMG, I though 30 mins was too long, and those poor dumb bastards have to wait weeks!!!!!!! No wonder they come here when the chips are down, and life and death are the stakes.

And the last two specialists that I had to see took a month. One was a colorectal specialist and the other was a psychiatrist. What was even more sad is that I called at least six different doctors in this specialty and the closest appointment I could get was a month away. America has long wait times to see doctors too.

No. You are wrong. And luckily this country is moving in the right direction. Something that exists outside of the parameters of capitalism, such as healthcare, should never be in the hands of the private market. And no one should be refused treatment because of inability to pay.

You are disgusting if you think someone should be denied necessary healthcare because they cannot afford it.

And what does Russia have to do with this country?

I am not against the rich having better healthcare services for a higher cost. The poor getting NO care because they cannot pay though? That is wrong.

Let me get this straight....

You believe that you should have a shorter wait time at the expense of someone else not being able to receive medical care? Also, take note of my comment about the last two specialist that I had to see this year. Wait times of weeks or even months happen in this country too.
