Give credit where credit's due.

Democrats when they took over Congress said the economy was doing so fabulous, that it would cushion the economic blow of increasing the minimum wage.

So since Congress passes legislation, list for me the bills passed by the Democratic Congress, veto'd by Bush, that would have stopped the economic collapse.

Instead of giving people handouts why not use that money to create jobs or start businesses? I've read that entitlement spending is at 1 trillion now. Surely we can be using this more wisely. Is it a political thing? Vote for me and I'll let you stay home. Don't worry about being unemployed. Relax, have a beer.
