so corrupt officials in Illinois has what effect on officials from Hawaii?
Quite possibly persuaded to cover for a corrupt politician from Illinois. Easy to do when access to the actual record is repeatedly denied, and we're forced to take only a very small handful of minor state officials' "word" for it.

Like I said, FOUR Illinois Governors have gone to prison for committing ILLEGAL acts. Though, as I just posted, more Illinois politicians than that are also guilty of committing illegal acts.

The birth certificate isn't an issue, when the state officials affirm that the state's records show that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. That's all that a birth certificate is, a piece of paper that says that state's records show that someone was born in the state. When state officials publicly affirm that, the piece of paper becomes irrelevant.

no such document is needed or required. the COLB ( or the LFBC ) meets all the requirements under the full faith and credit clause.

Who has actually seen the physical COLB or LFBC, and not just uncertified copies? Who has seen the actual original birth record at the HI Dept of Health?
The digitally manipulated website image of the COLB has already been declared a forgery by a court-recognized expert witness used by the same law firm Obama uses.
