Hmmm. Which court(s) do you think will see it? Certainly not the Supreme Court of Alabama. No appellate court will ever see it.
This is how it will go:
1) File lawsuit.
2) Court: Dismiss due to jurisdiction.
3) Appeal.
4) Appellate court: Uphold #3
5) Repeat as necessary.
The thing is, #3 is based on #2 not based on merits of #1. That's why the appeals court won't see it. The appeals court (in this case the Supreme Court of Alabama) is not looking at the merits of the case. They are only looking at whether the case should have been dismissed or not. If they decide that it was improper for the circuit court to dismiss then it goes back to them for the merits. It's not like the supreme court is going to say "#2 was wrong to dismiss so we'll try the whole thing here - let's have some testimony". That's not their job.
And so far, no one has been foolish enough to file Hayes' report with the court.

It says nothing about Hayes testifying in any case whatsoever for Perkins-Coie... Let alone provides evidence for your delusional fantasy that the imaginary testimony took place "with no problem whatsoever."

Again, you have to stop making **** up. Hayes lists a whole lot of alleged "clients" but less than 30 cases in which he allegedly provided "testimony." We know for a fact that in at least some of those cases, he actually provided no testimony at all... simply delivering to his paying clients reports that never made it into court.
