So now you're doubling-down on your failure by actually claiming that President Obama himself committed the unconstitutional acts, instead of the NSA doing so under bipartisan Senate oversight.

Yes, Obama did it. There are indeed many in Congress equally as guilty. Luckily as my link notes, there are a few decent ones that are willing to say that what was/is happening is wrong.

And of course you're crafted a way out of standing behind your wild claims, in that if the President isn't convicted of the crimes you've accused him of, you'll just claim that the evidence was suppressed. You would never leave yourself in the position of being accountable for your accusations.

The Room 641A lawsuit against AT&T for letting the NSA collect internet data dates back to 2006
So this was brought to the public's eye back then.
Wasn't made public enough IMHO.

I'm mostly on your side with this but we do know that the doc's that the EFF's FOIA request generated, will be totally redacted except for the date. Were you not around for Clinton?
