Yes it is. Pretty soon our LE won't be able to investigate any crimes because it will be considered racial or other profiling. How do the powers that be expect them to catch criminals?
How you go from police profiling to police not being able to use descriptions when questioning a victim of a crime is beyond me. The bill is clearly against profiling. You DO know what profiling is, right? You know, when cops pull over say blacks simply because their black?
