If it is an XY genetic born male, and a "female appearing" XY (male) does that mean the "she/he" has primary and secondary sex characteristics?
They're gonna look like a female. Sound like a female.. and appear as a female, I'll bet they have female genitalia too. How many gay men want a female in their bed? Genetically male, but the curtains and carpet are all female.
