Consider the source. The moonbat league fell hook line and sinker in love with the Anti-Christ without him doing anything meaningful other than read a speech on a telepromter that someone else wrote for Gods sake.

And more to the point, a president is, in some cases, obligated to go to war. Obama was quite clear on that during the first campaign, as were the other major candidates. Since Obama was in office for less than a year when they gave him the Peace Prize, and (despite all the screeching) has only used the military in the way he said he would, then no, he should keep it. If they regret giving it to him, then let them reflect on it, and choose more wisely in the future.

Agreed....but what did Obama do that made him a consideration for it at all? Not a thing! Sheesh! At least Carter, idiot though he is, had gotten Israel and Egypt to stop butchering each other, in principal, just not practice. Better than anyone else has done in 2000+ years.

Obama? Ummmm.....crickets.

It wasn't even a full year before Obama, the C.I.A. and Chiquita Brands International Inc. overthrew the Honduran democratically elected Manuel Zelaya because it had the gall to ask for a 60% increase in the minimum wage, so, yes, he should be giving back his Peace Prize and should go pick up his Status Quo prize.

Nobel Peace Prize joke continues
"Obama receiving this award diminishes the true work for peace that previous recipients have done."

He did absolutely nothing to deserve it, and the commitee were complete idiots to give it to him. However, none of this is BO's problem. They were dumb enough to give it to him, he shouldn't feel obligated to return it if he doesn't want to.

I still haven't figured out on what basis he recieved it in the first place. It certainly eliminated the credibility of those making the decision for who is to recieve it..

It should be noted that Obama donated the entire award to charity. I think even he thought it inappropriate to receive it.

President Obama donates $1.4M in Nobel Peace Prize award money to 10 charities, as promised - NY Daily News

Like many, I am still wondering how he got it? For that reason, if none other, I have lost all respect for the process and the Novel committee. This isn't even meant to be a slam to our President, it is simply, at the time he had done nada to even be considered.. The entire process is simply political. I feel for those who, in the past, earned and deserved the Nobel prizes. The meaning has been changed forever.
