Actual conspiracies abide by facts and evidence, not fear based speculation that ignores simpler explanations.

So far, the 'Obama Conspiracy' falls in the category of fear induced ignorance I'd say. But I am certainly interested in evidence to the contrary.

But remember US v Wong Kim Ark, or the whitehouse PDF...

Or the 200+ failures in court

Or the countless times birthers have fallen for spoofs...

Vattel was dismissed by the Courts in US v Wong Kim Ark. Just to set the record straight.

Which is the case that IC uses to support the idea that you have to have Chinese blood in order to be NBC.

I would like to suggest to him that he actually reads the full ruling and the submitted briefs before he continues to embarrass himself.
