Are all government powers, fed, state and local, solely granted by the People through the Constitution, or do the various branches of governments, federal, state and local, grant themselves powers independent of any constitutional restraints, limited only by the ballot box?

So (in follow up) why would anybody believe it was "all true" or more specifically... "all of the truth?"

As I recall the questionnaire ask if your being treated for nay mental illness. prescribed drugs for a mental control problem then you are.
