Are you saying that if you are attacked by someone and they break your nose and then are on top of you raining down blows "MMA style", punching and/or banging your head into the ground that it is wrong for you to defend yourself and that you are supposed to let that person murder you or render you permanently mentally retarded?

There really no reason to believe GZ pushed TM, the state would have introduced that if they had any semi logical evidence.

Now that George Zimmerman has been proven to be innocent of a crime, do you think he will stay in Florida or even in the United States for that matter?

Do you think George Zimmerman will take his innocence and haul ass?

"What if" we just used the evidence given at the trial, instead of making things up??

Trayvon was under NO obligation to run from Zimmerman. Many teen boys have a (sometimes detrimental) sense of bravado and will not run in the face of danger.
Actually, you are inaccurate, and your bias is showing.

While not under any obligation to run, the facts in this instance are indisputable. Zimmerman wasn't running after Martin, so unless Martin stopped, Zimmerman could not have caught up. Martin was already ahead of Zimmerman.

Zimmerman was not in peak condition, not by any stretch of the imagination.

Lastly, why didn't Martin dial 911?

Don't get me wrong, as I said earlier, I am actually a believer that Zimmerman could have been convicted of involuntary manslaughter, and I could have voted FOR that conviction. If but for his initial actions, this whole chain of events may not have taken place.

I do find it disgusting that people are saying horrible things.

I believe that Zimmerman always wanted to be somebody. I don't really think that he had bad intentions but I do think he was obsessed and wanted people to be proud of him. I do think he went about things the wrong way. Now he is somebody and I am sure that is not what he had in mind. I certainly wouldn't want to be him.
I agree 100%.

I think this is where folks are getting confused.

Those of us disappointed in the verdict don't hate Zimmerman. We believe he did some INCREDIBLY wrong things that night. In his quest to earn the good opinion of those around him, he made some fatal mistakes that night. Sadly, he's more infamous than he is famous.

FWIW, I doubt Zimmerman even wants the support of the rabid racists who are in love with him (until he tries to marry their daughter, of course).

He hasn't 'been proven to be innocent'.

Anyway, I'd consider Europe if I were he.

Zimmerman should probably have a very good hiding place.
