I came across a Dailykos post about Obama working with Republican Senators to do a deficit/debt reduction package. I think that is good news. The lefties at Dailykos think it is a bad thing. I also rememberr reading that McCain wants to start taking a bigger role in forging deals. I'm interested to see how this process plays out.

Don't get upset...our tax rate is lower than oh Canada. There is a reason why any Canadian that "makes it" lives in the US. Nobody ever strikes it rich and moves to Canada...
