It seems like Hilary. But it isn't. Hilary was married to the President of the United States at the time. And before that Bill was the Governor of Arkansas. There are compelling reasons for Hilary to somehow sacrifice her dignity. She may have even decided it was just not good to divorce a sitting president.
Huma is married to an unemployed politician. He has no power whatsoever. As far as I know he is not massively wealthy. When she goes out with the girls, do you they say "how is Anthony?" I can't think of a good reason for her to support him publicly. Her husband is a serial liar.
She has everything to gain by separating from him, especially if she has a political career planned. Unfortunately they have a child together to complicate things.
