Article says 60% of voters would replace every single member of Congress today if they could.

It is not the Job of the President to pass a budget, that burden is strictly on Congress. And what does that even matter to the conversation at hand ?

the budget is arbitrary, As you said, we didnt have one for 4 years and no one's head exploded, the world didnt end.

Why is the public unhappy with Washington?
Asked to explain their dissatisfaction, respondents cite (in order) partisanship and the inability of Congress to get things done, middle-class Americans being ignored and the Obama administration's policies and leadership.
Leftists always try and present dis-satisfaction with Congress as a "Republican issue" ..... they totally ignore the Senate, Harry Reid and the fact that there has been no Budget passed in 4 years. They also ignore that Obama & the Democrats held both Houses of Congress for the first 2 years of the Obama Presidency.

Obama is stuck on exactly the same failed rhetoric that he has been using since he first ran for office in 2008. Tax the evil Rich, pivot to Jobs, "invest" (translation is spend, spend, spend) in all the stuff that he promised the Famous Failed Stimulus would magically "solve". Stimulus was a Union Jobs boondoggle, he won't get another chance to do that again.

I agree that the GOP House should quit having 'votes' on ObamaCare ..... the courts and total failure will take care of ObamaCare. They need to concentrate on the Economy, REAL Jobs and ignore the Obama regurgitated speeches that have not "changed" since 2008. Obama is about Obama - he is completely Tone Deaf about what the American people want and what we are all going through. They should all just ignore him until he at least get's a new speech writer. This is re-hash number some 1000 or another. I do know it's the 19th Major Pivot to Jobs (which the Reid led Senate will ignore again).

Seems Gallup's definition of congress is the House of Representatives.

Gallup Poll. N=1,013 adults nationwide. Margin of error ± 4.

I dont care what Gallups definition of Congress is. Most people with a 4th grade education knows that Congress is the House and the Senate..

Congress | Define Congress at Dictionary.com

a.
the national legislative body of the U.S., consisting of the Senate, or upper house, and the House of Representatives, or lower house, as a continuous institution.

So are you suggesting they polled people too stupid to know thereby making the poll results worthless?
