Obama either hates small business, or is demonstrating the massive ignorance he earned by NEVER owning a business, managing a business, working in a business, or even having a paper route.

Latest big tax proposal is simply another chapter in this story. Big biz gets a tax cut, small business gets tax increases. What in the world have we done to ourselves at the ballot box?

Yea what's up with that? Why does Obama hate small business so much? And did he actually think republicans would agree to it or is it just political theater so he can say "see, I'm trying" LOL. Whew, thank god Obama is going on vacation again. He does much less damage.

This comes less than a year after he raised the top individual income tax rate paid by many small businesses, to 39.6 percent yet big business are able to move operations and money outside the U.S. to avoid his tax increase. Actually

I can't blame them for offshoring.

When Obama said he's willing to end incentives to ship jobs overseas and lowers rates for businesses that create jobs right here in America he should have thought about that when he raised taxes on businesses.

Obama should end the tax penalty on American companies for hiring Americans in America. That would pretty much cure any additional pressure to offshore jobs.

Economic illiteracy is costing us very dearly.

Or Apathy or just plain old ignorance.

Either way the people cheer his speeches and have no clue what he's actually signing.

Economic and financial illiteracy is why Obama was able to smile in his supporters faces and lie to them at the same time. Knowledge is power, obama supporters ignorance has cost us dearly.

Oh. my. god. Why are these reporters so ignorant?

Most small businesses elect pass thru taxation because the personal tax rates are lower and more progressive than the corporate rates. Once you are over the $75K corporate bracket your tax rate is 34%, but you need to make over $400K to reach that level on the individual side.

OMG why are you so ignorant. Are companies pulling $400K... multi-million dollar companies that send money and job overseas? Really? And lets not forget, Obama wanted to increase taxes on companies pulling $200K. He wants a 3rd world country.

What's wrong, you don't listen, small business is a FLOW THROUGH (S-Corps). The profit that is not kept in the business flows through onto the owners personal taxes along with a working spouse they can get screwed easily unless the other does not work. Some money even though taxed has to remain in the business.

Liberal ignorance, stupidity, is why more than half of America is in the can.

Oh. my. god. Why would anyone elect to be TAXED TWICE on their small business income?

You do realize, with the charts you posted, that if you forego pass thru taxation, you pay corporate taxes in the year earned. Then, when those earnings are paid out to owners, they are taxed again.

Fact: Obama wants a big tax rate cut for big business and he already whacked small business--and wants to whack small business even more.
