There is a 2015 date to have all medical records online.

Everyone and their brother is updating their software or moving over to the new systems now.
They are aiming for 1/1/2014 when Obamacare goes live because to put it off could cause more problems due to other obamacare items that go live 1/1/2014.

And haha, Uncle Sam is giving doctors/hospitals "bonus money" for going EMR early.

Default The irony of Russia granting Snowden asylum.
So now Snowden has left debately the freest nation in the world, for Russia, one of the most corrupt and government controlled European countries in the world. This is the same country that will imprison journalists for writing bad stories about the government and has so much corruption in the govt that collecting data about suspected terrorists emails and phone calls to the middle east will seem like nothing!!! I love it!! This is a match made in hell. If Snowden pulled what he did here in Russia, he would have been killed by now! n He's nothing more that a political pawn now. Enjoy your life in Russia!

The actual irony is that Russia is no more corrupt than the USA is; the corruption is just more open than it is here. Personally, if I wasn't so addicted to the western lifestyle I would live in Russia.
