How does that equate to the house started a bill with a tax?

What case would that be because I believe you're lying once again.

p.s. the original House bill actually lowered peoples taxes, not raised them.. Tax breaks can originate in either branch of Congress, raising taxes CAN NOT..

Return to 5th grade!!

Actually it was a bill to cut taxes when it left the house, the senate removed every line of wording in the bill and made it a tax increase bill, the exact opposite of one another.

MTA doesnt know the difference, you must excuse him..
