It looks like Syria is going to abide and sign the treaty just like we need them to. I think Obama made the right decision, but, I know many people will have nothing good to say no matter what he does or what happens.

Syria attacked innocent citizens with chemical weapons in what looks to be a case of clear cut impunity.
Signing a treaty is irrelevant, Do you, or do you not, support punishing Syria for killing it's own citizens with chemical weapons?
This is either one of the most cunningly devised foreign affairs play ever...or one of the biggest diplomatic cluster ****s in history that happens to end up with a "happy" ending. Kerry is now taking credit for his off-the-cuff quip paving the way for a diplomatic solution.
Considering the agenda and low brain power of the obama regime, it was clearly a CF with these clowns of ours being outplayed by the strongman, Putin.
Obama whimping out and going to Congress so he wouldn't have to make the call to attack himself is the right decision, eh?
It really is remarkable how low the left has set the bar since Obama took office.......
Without US pressure for military attacks, no deal would have been made.
Still, his performance was **** poor. He changed his mind every other day it seemed like. Washington politicians heard that Russian deal possibility and latched on like ants to a stick in the water.
It’s been weeks, so it’s difficult to pin down exactly which part of President Obama’s threat of a strike on Syria finally wore down Bashar al-Assad to the point where he’d consider giving up his chemical weapons to Vladimir Putin.
Was it Secretary of State John Kerry’s promise that any strike on the country would be “unbelievably small”? The White House official saying it would be “just muscular enough not to get mocked“? Maybe it was Kerry’s air quotes around the word “war” and the emphatic promise that no U.S. troops would touch Syrian soil.
Nah … it was definitely Obama’s masterful psy op campaign, saying that any military response wasn’t “time sensitive” and then going golfing.
