I am protecting the constitution and capitalism. Something your liberal mind will never get your head wrapped around.

I never supported Sony.
Sony is hijacking your PC and you don't care. I don't give a rip what their justification is they don't have a right. You think they do. IMO this whole thing was ginned up so sony could get away with this crap which they did. All part of the spy on america program. You folks eat it up like gravy.

is piracy theft? No it is not. It's copyright infringement.

Is file sharing illegal? Yes. Is it universally immoral? No. Only silly arguments have been put forth that it is.

And I'll ask one final time. If I didn't feel like I was being immoral when I used to make mixed tapes in the 90's for friends why should i feel it is immoral to download songs on file sharing networks?

I brought that up earlier in the thread and nobody even touched it. I was back in the '80's like all my friends taping songs off the radio onto cassette. Yes that would be illegal and we should all be in jail according to these folks.

This is a complete lie. I've never said that I don't care. Frankly, I don't even purchase CDs.

I don't support anything Sony is doing in regards to their rootkits. You and your liberal mindset keeps deflecting the discussion as if this has something to do with the illegal activity of pirating.

Murderers don't think murdering is immoral. Rapists don't think rape is immoral. That doesn't make either of these illegal activities right. That's your argument?
