He is her boss. He wasn't socializing with her. He was berating her for several minutes, saying she was behaving like a ******.

This is against the law. You can't do this. You can't verbally abuse employees. She sued him.

So this women took $250,000 away from this man's charity? They're right about no free lunch. She stole it from someone else's plate.

Easy setup for a scam.
The next time this plays out, it may be the abuser and
the abused run off to the tropics with their windfall,
leaving the employer holding the bag.
