It tells much that you are critical of the UN now that word has leaked out about the UN report and Ban Ki Moon comments yesterday that Assad has committed many crimes against humanity. Your country supports a war criminal, a monster. Your country supports them all over the world. Lenin and Stalin showed the world that Russians have no conscience, so this comes as no surprise.

Neither the US or Russia is innocent by any means. How many innocents have died, democratically elected leaders overthrown, by wars started but the US. We like to see ourselves as "the shining light of the free world" but it's totally otherwise.
I really don't understand why we continue to support the ineffective social club the UN has become.
Same reason we support the US Congress I guess. Both institutions are plagued by the same issues of uncompromising self interest.
