I know most of the poster here are covered by Medicare, Tricare, VA or work place insurance. But knowing what you know about Obamacare and if you are a Republican its a complete takeover of health care would you sign up for it? Are you Tea Partiers telling your children not to sign up for it. How about if your grandchildren have serious health problems. Will you tell your kids to take a bullet for the Republican Party?? Wondering just how much you hate Obama and the Dems??
Look kid,I am in my 60's and owe nothing to anyone.I have paid all my healthcare cash at a great discount and refuse to be fined for it by this stupid president.Sure maybe go after the illigals and Americans who don't pay for services fine with me.But to punish me for owing nothing after I already paid in full is unjust and a crime.I will never pay a fine or tax for paying my own bills without using obamas 3rd party system. they just skim off the top,heck my last cancer surgery would never even meet the deductible so you pay for nothing,no thanx

I am currently paying for my own Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance coverage through the NASE. The year the Affordable Healthcare Act goes into effect I will cancel my insurance and remain uninsured. If the IRS 1040 tax forms contain any information about my health insurance coverage, I will intentionally leave it blank.
Should the IRS attempt to fine me or impose any kind of penalty for not being insured, I will have standing to join the Class Action suit against the US government for violating the US Constitution which specifically prohibits a "bill of attainder."

I will do whatever it takes to ensure the government upholds the US Constitution. Too bad you cannot say the same, but it is not surprising. I fully expect liberal freaks to violate the US Constitution whenever an opportunity arises, or support those who do violate the US Constitution. In 15-20 years Obama Care will be a thing of the past - and no, I'm not worried about the kids at all, because if the Repubs can't defund it, the timely passings of millions of baby boomers (Democrat and Republican) will.

One of the reasons the ACA is so long and detailed is that all existing health care under Medicare, TriCare and all other private and public insurane are integrated into into ACA. Medicare now has the same electronic resords keeping and regulations to help curb medical mistakes foul-ups and over procsribing or needless procedures (doctor covering is butt) procedures that ACA requires elsewhere. Seperating ACA from the rest of the Federal medicial and health program would be like trying to remove and separate a Siamese twin.
