California joins Montana, Oregon, New Hampshire and Vermont. Why no fake outrage when these states changed their laws?

I think we have some folks who don't get that Master's level practitioners with thousands of hours of independent or very loosely supervised practice are already doing many procedures. Perhaps you are confusing NP/PA with a mere tech. They are nothing alike.
They probably don't realize that residents, fresh out of school, ( under the supervision of a MD) deliver most babies in teaching hospitals.

Non medical insurance bureaucrats have been making those decisions, for decades.

What a darn shame that the ACA requires all insurers to offer a comprehensive package of items and services, known as essential health benefits. Essential health benefits must include items and services within at least the following 10 categories: ambulatory patient services; emergency services; hospitalization; maternity and newborn care; mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment; prescription drugs; rehabilitative services and devices; laboratory services; preventive and wellness services and chronic disease management; and pediatric services, including limited oral and vision care.

Insurance policies must cover these benefits in order to be certified and offered in the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Would Liberals still be pro-abortion if that child were to be gay?

After all, gays claim they were born that way...

Something to ponder.

That said, everyone should have a fair shot at life. Abortion is just flat out wrong.

The thread was about California stay I do my best to stay on topic. The outrage is not fake so do not try to put your emotions on to me

Sorry, but you are wrong. This is a good thing. People shouldn't have to get licenses from the state in order to do their job.

There are many things that could be much cheaper and more competitive without regulations that you apparently champion.

For example, teaching. I am married to one of the best teachers Michigan had (according to various evaluations and whatnot that her school district ran, she consistently was rated at the top of everything). However, we moved to Maine and she is currently unemployed because all the paperwork for her to have a license hasn't gone through yet, so no one is allowed to hire her.

It's absolutely ridiculous, because she could be teaching somewhere right now, improving the lives of dozens of children. But instead, she isn't allowed to because of a bunch of stupid regulations. Good job, good effort, but all your regulations do is make it harder to keep good workers employed.

May we assume you favor all welfare programs that support pregnant women, childbirth and minor children?

The "fair shot" continues for 18 years.

Why didn't she ensure that her records were sent to where you were moving?
Also, why do you think you're entitled to a job just because you move.
I'm sure there are other effective teachers in the world.

I want my teachers to be certified.
Several states share certification, and you can apply for certification before you move.

Sounds like you dropped the ball and are outraged, outraged, that people aren't abiding by your timeline and wants.

Yet California wants to require homeschooling parents to have a Master's degree in Education.
