Because it was his idea. If it was his idea why shouldn't it be called his?

So the GOP likes Obama's sequester spending levels and they used Obamacare's savings in their budget?

Sounds like the GOP has a secret man crush on Obama.

Some don't think it went far enough but you take what you can get. Can I assume that you now see it as a good thing?

Hello, anyone home? OBAMA PROPOSED IT..

Once again, the sequester DIDNT CUT ENOUGH..

how many times do you need to be told this? YOU are the one running around calling it the Paul Ryan sequester suggesting it was going to crash the economy.

Whats wrong, your projections didn't come true, and your attempts to blame Paul Ryan became a joke that they were?

No, actually I think the sequester was bad policy.

It didn't cut enough?

So this is what this was all about. It's not that "conservative's" thought it was bad, you thought it was bad and hated that it was Obama's idea to start with and wish that conservative's would quit reminding you of that.

No. The thread is about how conservatives claimed to hate the sequester and blamed it on Obama and called it his sequester. Then we fast forward to right now and conservatives are claiming that we need to maintain sequester spending levels.

That's what this is all about.

still trying to make things the fault of the republicans. nice try but you fail. the republicans WANTED budget cuts, but in order to get them passed, it had to be obamas idea, which the sequester was. in fact obama said as much and also said that if ANY attempt was made to stop the sequester, or obfuscate it, he would veto that effort. then the democrats claimed the republicans came up with the sequester idea, wrong but they spun it that way, and they said it would be a disaster for the country, which it wasnt. obama went so far as to tell the department heads to make the sequester cuts, THAT HE WANTED, as tough as possible.

well obama owns the sequester, and the republicans like it, so they want it to remain in place. dont like it? tough, your side wanted it as a battering ram against the republicans, and since it is useless as that weapon, now they want to dump it. you suckered yourselves.
