You've got a great tag-team going on here... Some right-wingers complain about the lack of publicity for the exchanges and other right-wingers complain about there being publicity for the exchanges.
How about y'all decide which you want to complain about so you're not cancelling yourself out?
So the national parks have to be closed... and people paid to keep everyone out.
But we can run commercials to advertise a government website and program that is unfixably broken?
Just pointing out that priorities of this administration are at best immoral, and at worst, a threat to the people in general.
Come and visit the amazing new mall that just opened in your town! But you should know that the front doors are randomly locked, the escalator is broken, most of the merchandise is still in the warehouse and there may or may not be a cashier on duty when you want to check out.
Congratulations. You just spewed the most political bile I've read in some time.
No more so than the comments I was responding to. I will grant you that those biased in favor of that other political "bile" either wouldn't be able to, or willing to, admit that.

Congratulations. You just spewed one of the least worthwhile comments in the thread so far, almost completely devoid of any relationship to the topic whatsoever, and essentially just a vacuous bit of personal mud-slinging. At least the right-wing partisans have a position that they presented and "defended". You - not even that.

The promotional messages that are the actual topic of this thread were part of the ACA roll-out from very early on.

Thanks for making clear that your perspective is shaped solely by ridiculously inane vitriol for the president, rather than based on a clear understanding of the issues and appreciation of the challenges associated with rolling any program out.

A result that should have been so "painful" that the right-wing greed-mongers, who value money more than people, should have been motivated to do the right thing and pass a clean CR. Evidently, we can no longer rely on the right-winger to act responsibly, even with regard to the principles against waste that they claim to champion.

Right-wingers have to post vacuous objections to the commercials because of the generalized right-wing fear that as more Americans come to understand what ACA offers them the empty rhetoric of the right-wing will collapse, and support for ACA will ascend.

A ridiculous statement that is 180 degree from reality, since it is objection to ACA that is actually immoral, since it places the comfort and luxury of some over the basic needs of others. I suppose "up is down" and "orange is green" logic is all the right-wing has left.

You are immoral for not having robbed some rich people to give me money. Shame on you.
Now you are irredeemably immoral for life, having failed at the time of my greatest need to have robbed people for my benefit.
You know, two can play your amazingly stupid game.
It is NOT immoral to oppose the taking from some to give to others by force. The ONLY moral thing is to NOT take anything from ANYONE to redistribute.
osamacare is a complete failure....in theory and in practice.
A claim directly contradicted by the fact that in 2011 the Republican Party, itself, pledged to protect major tenets of ACA:
Quote:
Ensure Access for Patients with Pre-Existing Conditions
Health care should be accessible for all, regardless of pre-existing conditions or past illnesses. ... We will make it illegal for an insurance company to deny coverage to someone with prior coverage on the basis of a pre-existing condition, eliminate annual and lifetime spending caps, and prevent insurers from dropping your coverage just because you get sick.
No matter what else happens, that alone makes ACA a big success.
