Not possible. It's not a liftgate, anyway. It's a swing door, with a window above it that swings out from the top.

The first image that came to mind after reading the OP's question was a dog trying to get a long stick through an entryway that wasn't as wide as the stick.

Anyway, what is the legal amount you can have hanging out the back of a vehicle?

Can't you just take the cover off of your Jeep? Or unzip the back, put the object in, slap a red flag on the end that's hanging outside, and call it a day?

You just put it in.... the 75 inch long object will stick out by 14 inches but that doesnt mean you can't put it into the 61 inch long space.

there is another way, create a small black hole at one end of the container, then slide what ever it is you need to fit into the container, the black hole will absorb everything else. it might however have an effect on everything else around it as well, but that is another riddle to solve.
