as the general public. For those that seek equality amongst the masses I'm suprised the liberals have not voiced their displeasure in this regard!

Which provisions would that be. Be specific.

Turns out this is a way overblown right wing talking point.

Which RWNJ website sent you the email with that completely false talking point?

Did Obama exempt 1,200 groups, including Congress, from Obamacare?

There is a lot of truth to congress exempting themselves.

Obama is just making up his own interpretation of the "gray areas" of the ACA laws as he goes along.

At issue is congressmen and their staff would have been hosed if subjects to same 400% of poverty rule as regular folks. They would have ended up paying "full" price if they made more than 400% rather than have Feds subsidize both themselves and their family members over 70% of the premiums.

How about the federal government will be making contributions to their health insurance premiums. Does that sound equitable. Is the federal government going to be paying for the average Americans insurance that it is forced upon. Politicians should pay their own way as well/

Uhmmm...no.

Most people making over 400% of poverty have private insurance through their employer. As do our congress critters. And their insurance is affected just like ours.

So be specific, what do they get that we don't? We're more then welcome to have our employer provide insurance. So whats different?

Does their insurance not allow free screenings? Free yearly exams? Or is there something else?

Should we cancel their insurance, make them get it privately, and increase their pay to make up for it? Then they can go get the exact same insurance.....

Yes the government that employs people provides insurance, just like most major employers.....why is this a problem?

We've been paying for their top-of-the-line insurance for decades. What does that have to do with Obamacare? Or are you changing the subject of your own thread?

So you conservatives think that members of Congress and their staffs should be the only employees in the United States whose employer is prohibited from buying health insurance for them?

Constantly referring to "liberals" in the pejorative (not by you, but by some others on this forum) has become the new "N" word. Hatemongers.
