Bush did NOT say that. It was a banner put up on the ship to say that the "mission" which was to over throw Saddam was accomplished. Nothing more, nothing less.

How is this relevant in any way? Bush doing something stupid doesn't justify Obama doing something stupid as well. Bush is irrelevant (and I am not saying that in defense of him. I didn't vote for Bush and wished he never got elected). Keep the conversation on this issue.

One president's stupid actions doesn't justify future stupid actions by other presidents. You don't seem to grasp that idea.
