My last 3 employers, each with 5 figure US headcounts, all have plans unaffected by ACA. We have everything it requires, and more. Next year, our rates are going up a very modest 2.5%. In 3 years, the total increase is about 7%.

So, your employer has been buying very expensive insurance and paying you less because of it.

Not a trade I would make at all.

Nope. We pay very well, above the industry average, and bonuses are awesome. We are extremely profitable-to the extent if my 401k contains corps with 2/3rd of our operating profit percentage, I'd be extremely happy.

On top of that, we pay 90% of all premiums, and our worst plan is a 90/10 plan with a low out of pocket max.

As for the issue at hand, it is too early to judge the long-term results of ACA. As an American, I hope it exceeds everyones expectations. But it is just a few pitches into the first game of a long season, so while I dislike the computer glitches, as of now, it is still too soon to judge the macro effects of ACA.

Ignorant sheep, not at all. I would say very smart people since the alternative was flip flop Romney who couldn't decide if he was a conservative or moderate. Yet you voted for him didn't you lol

If you were opening a business and needed someone to run it, would you take an experienced professional or someone that's never had an actual job?

Don't hurt yourself coming up with the answer.

I think the saddest part of this story is that someone making an AGI which would allow him to obtain a ACA subsidy believes or is truly..."Middle Class".
