According to that site I do. However, should I agree the place is still that instead of once was(bad part of history in the West)? Since it doesn't apply as it did now since the ethnicity that was once 'chased from this place' is 2nd to whites now.

No longer, but I grew up in one. When we moved to my county in 1990, there were 14 black people. Total.

The history of violence started in 1912. In the 1910 census, out of 10,000 people, 1500 were black. By 1920, only 30 blacks remained. When we moved there in 1990 only 14 black people lived there despite the population growing to almost 50,000. This was, of course, before Google so my parents didn't know the extent. We found out when there were no minorities in my school and we got a cross burned on our lawn in the early 90s because we are Jewish.

The signs came down in the late 80s, but that doesn't mean a lot of the sentiment isn't there. Thankfully in my hometown, the looney faction is being diluted by transplants from NY, New England, and the Midwest.

Alaska must be a "sundown" State, since there is only a 3.7% black population.

How does that work in the winter, when there is no "sundown?"

There are numerous villages in Alaska where there are no blacks at all (of course there are numerous villages in Alaska where there are no whites at all either).

Even our snow is white. OH MY GAWD!

Seriously, only liberal freaks are obsessed with the color of people's skin.

Do you agree with the definition of a sundown town? Do you live in a sundown town?
this seems rather poorly-documented

Liberal freaks do not "document", they only "feel."

so.....you are one of these shelted white liberals that looks for racism in everything I take it.
So the town you picked is diverse. Do you live next door to diverse people? Do you interact with diverse people? Are you one of these liberals that likes to talk diverseity but as soon as the problems start to arise you flee?

Yes and maybe Judaism is a sundown religion because there aren't very many black Jews.

I've been to Petosky, Michigan and saw no signs whatsoever telling Jews to get out of town. And this article only states that it's a sundown city because the people there don't know too much about Judaism. What if they don't know too much about Catholicism? What would that make them? Or what if they don't know much about Presbyterianism?

So, it's 'racist' now to want to live in a diverse community?

Cons can distort the meaning of the word 'racist' all they want, but intelligent people know the real meaning of the word.

You lose.

It can be. For one the liberals seem to assume that blacks who would live among whites are a whole lot different than the whites. In many cases the blacks are the same as the whites --- so what would be so important about making sure there are a set number of people with darker skin colors when they're the same as the lighter ones in all other ways?
