Urbanlife said the longer the shelf life the worse it is for you .. I don't know of anything edible that has a longer shelf life than Honey.
And, I divided the food groups into two separate catagories:
1. One whose shelf life was made by persons (corporations); and
2. one whose shelf life was made by non-person corporations (bees).
Peanut oil and olive oil have respectable non-corporatist shelve lives and are not made by bees, so Urbanlife may have generalized (conflated) natural, with person-made, extended shelf lives.
