I went to one Black Friday "sale" and they didn't have the TV I wanted, but had another more expensive one for "just a little bit more" and there were 500 people in a store built for 100 and I said, "never again." I got a rain check and bought it on a normal day.

Why in the world would anyone shop on "Black Friday"? I would bet, that if polled, 90% of them are Obama voters, and thus, idiots.

I don't think shopping on black friday has to do with how people vote lol I did that for a few years because I don't mind the crowds and I got great deals. But now I do most of my shopping online. Just because you don't like to shop on this day doesn't make others that do, idiots. I know some that really like the thrill of this.

Im gonna shop at 5 am with the crowd for the first time ever. This is the first time I have not been working over Thanksgiving.
And Im not an idiot either or an Obama voter....how did politics all of a sudden factor in to this. So typical of CD.

Well you need to have a plan of what you want to buy and what stores you want to go to. If you just want to window shop then don't go tomorrow lol

Usually don't do black friday, pays to have friends in high places, know what i mean, i get deals all through the year too good to be true deals.

However don't know anyone in electronics. This year i am looking for either a dell or hp 4th generation i7 all in one, before i get the one i am typing on and throw it out the damn window.

Putting up with this thing for one year now. Every 15 minutes or less, it freezes on me, cursor won't move stays still. Do a virus test, says i have no virus. I have to start and restart this damn thing all thru the day. So i am looking for that good deal, unfortuantely i cannot find a good deal on a dell or hp and finding a 4th generation i7 with at least 12GB istead of 8.

So this year it is trying to find that best deal, if anyone knows of an online site that does have great deals, please share, i can't put up with this thing much longer. Got this in 2002 and has no power at all. So i am looking for the bells and whistles.

From what i am seeing this year, last years deals on electronics were much better, this year not so much on all in ones.

At least I 'm not going to Wal-mart where I will be stomped to death if I don't run fast enough.

Why is it called Black Friday?

I will start out just playing the guitar and taking it easy, and see where the day takes me.
