The kids have a civil case here regardless of the outcome of what happens with regards to these bogus charges, which ought to be dropped if the DA has an ounce of brain matter.

(1) What does race have to do with these unjust arrests?
(2) Why did you go out of your way to mention white conservatives in your OP?
Don't forget walking back home from the grocery store while black. It's a law that they have down in Florida.
Silly, even Harrier realizes that the Florida statue states that it is illegal to walk home from the store when you are planning on beating up somebody that you don't realize is stalking you.
Last night I was actually thinking that I might start to support Rand Paul if he aggressively attacks biases and Civil Rights violations in the justice system like he started to do with minimum mandatory sentencing.

When it comes to racial prejudice, obviously the race of both groups is relevant. Who put in place all this oppressive and prejudiced system in america for centuries ? Liberal jews ? Not to say there has not been a lot of progress but there is still too much prejudice. Especially within the justice system. Realize it or be remembered in the future as being on the wrong side of history as minorities will continue to favor the democratic party.
Who is being paid tribute to internationally as we speak, the conservative afrikaner leaders or Nelson Mandela (and to a lesser extent Frederik De Klerk) ?

Actually, Harrier knows of no Florida statute that fits that criteria either.
