Default Federal Court Strikes Down Utah's Gay Marriage Ban as Unconstitutional

Duplicate thread: https://www.city-data.com/forum/polit...riage-ban.html

Do we get a separate thread on this from every person on the forum opposed to male-female marriage and bigoted against Christians? If so, goodie.

The Supreme Court made clear earlier this year that it considers gay marriage a States' Rights issue. Otherwise it would have ruled on Proposition 8.
