Did you even read what you posted and what are while people?
do you dispute the fact that if 70+% of America is white and 13% of America is black, that convicting 59% white people of hate crimes, but 23% of black people with hate crimes means that black people are disproportionally convicted of hate crimes?

Hate crimes aren't "race based...laws." Hate crimes are laws that investigate the motivation and intent of perpetrators.
Not a surprise. I tend to stay away from racial threads on forums I am on simply because I get accused of racism if I post my true feelings. You can tell who the favored groups are in this country...attack white person no hate crime,attack black or jewish hate crime.
Indeed. But soon as someone shoots one of these criminals they will get charged with murder or some such crap. Its not a justice system its a fix past wrongs system at any costs.
Really? No poop, Sherlock. When someone shoots and kills someone, they get charged with a crime. Even George Zimmerman, who got away with murder.
Maybe you'd get lucky like he did.
