Floats do break down.

Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Yes, to infect the Rose Bowl parade with this kind of spectacle is plenty of reason to boycott it.

Well you learn something new everyday, not much of a parade watcher.

Like you, I'm not much of a parade watcher, but I had never heard of that either.

One thing is certain, though. The normal weddings weren't there for the same purpose as this one will be.

This is going to backfire badly on the gay army.

People do not want such a scene to be thrust upon them when they are trying to enjoy a parade.

They are going to be upset that they have to cover their children's eyes.

The gay army would do well to keep their private lives to themselves, inasmuch as they always scream that they think people are intruding on their private life simply because they believe that marriage is a union between a man and a woman.

It doesn't pay to needlessly offend people.

Not really. I've tried ignore (have it on ignore now) but people quote all its posts so I end up reading them anyway.
In your dreams!

There is not now, nor will there ever be, marriage "equality" in the sense to which you refer.

What you are looking at is a very brief and bizarre period in our history that peaked probably 5 years ago. A period where sheeple simpletons by the millions were intimidated into silence by a handful of misfits who live to disrupt and offend.

Read the handwriting on the walls all around you. People have had enough and they are coming out of their PC trance and to their senses in larger numbers every day. This is one genie that is, in fact, going back in the bottle....in about the time it took to get out.

How did it peak five years ago when acceptance of same-sex marriage continues to grow??

LOL.
Exercise of rights does not require permission (license).
Only government privileges require permission.

Now, can you find any evidence in history of a common law (non-licensed) marriage between homosexuals?
No?
Oh my-y-y-y-y.

BTW, What's wrong with a legal activity taking place in a parade and allowed by its organizers? Perhaps whining about such things is the real perversity here?
