Lack of guard rails on mountain roads were intened to scare the drivers to drive safely... let's watch that situation.
I thought of taking a trip out there but don't you have to be a resident to get the weed? I don't know, I don't know all the details. What I do know is I wish I lived there.

People will still be getting arrested for breaking ordinances and laws. It is still illegal to traffic and sell it on the streets.

You do not. Out-of-staters are limited to buying 1/4th ounce.

Hmmm, excellent to know. Although 1/4...that's a teeny amount for how long it would take me to get there.

Really the cartels will shift to pushing other drugs. Ending Prohabition did not eliminate the mafia. What I see is those who use planting their own with no tax its so easy to grow. Those in jail are mostly dealers who will just shaft also to other drugs; for same reason they didn't chose selling taxed alcohol .

The cartels will be able to supply pot cheaper than the legal shops, and the neighboring States are already in high alert for the cartel trafficers.

Isn't this still illegal according to the federal law? Where are Obama and DEA when you need them?

Just go to multiple stores and buy the max at each.

And how long would you intend to stay? Even for a moderate stoner, a quarter ounce should last a week or two.

True that, hop from store to store. It would be just a fun weekend trip, it'd take about 16 hrs to drive there according to google.
