This might be a good idea, setup places that only take EBT. They could even provide the daycare while moms shop.......I think set it up were all democrats get to volunteer by having a number drawn or conducted like jury duty. This should work!

I don't see anyone saying that. I have heard people say that there will always be crime no matter what we do, yes, let's make every effort to minimize crime and punish it when ever it is found, but saying "don't do anything until all crime is gone forever" is not a realistic position. The key is to make it as efficient and transparent as possible and make good effects at catching people who commit crimes & punishing them.
No one has ever said crime is ok so let's ignore it and you're making a strawman argument when you attempt to claim anyone has that position.
