Notice how this thread is dying because the anti-gun zealots don't have the massive body count they hoped for to use for their political agenda.

Well you seem to be holding society responsible for this kid getting a gun so why not have the tables turned ?

We don't need to. Obama has his gun control EO's now.
It's all due to mental health issues right ? That's what the left kept telling us.
These EO's take care of that.

You can have all the laws in the world but they will have little effect on those who can easily acquire a gun and have no problem killing others with it. Is the solution more laws? less Laws,More guns? less Guns?
Why is it other countries like Canada,Australia Japan,England dont have the gun problems America has?

update: The two people who have been shot have been taken to Lubbock for treatment, and are in critical condition.

Personal opinion and experience: I'm a biology student and EMT student in New Mexico. Roswell is well known (especially in NM) for having issues with shootings (school or not) and Lubbock's hospital is well known for being one of the best critical care centers in the region. The victims' chances of dying now are very slim because of that- and I quite possibly know or have met the 'medic who flew them there.

Roswell is also the closest large settlement to me. Not someplace I would want to live overall, unless I was being paid pretty well.

Update to the update: The victims are said to be 13 and 14 years of age. If that's the case, and this middle school has 13 and 14 year olds, then I really would NOT be surprised if it was gang related. Of course, that is conjecture, but conjecture based on my experience with the area.

They were already banned but the ban expired. Anyway, I was being sarcastic.

Yup just like Dianne Feinstein and the anti gunners had hoped the DC Navel Yard shooting was done with an AR15, not once they found out it was in fact not, they got quiet.

Can you show me where I have argued for gun control and the facts were not on my side previously?

Please address what I said, because I am not interested what random strangers do. Any more than you are responsible for what other people say.

Also, I am anti-gun? Can you show where I said I am against guns completely?
What?!? I responded to your question......So can we talk about gun control and yet? Has there been enough bodies to start the conversation yet? speaks for itself, gun control is a fallacy, period! Therefore anyone that would make a kneejerk statement like yours above everytime there is a shooting, is either ignorant of the facts or exploiting killing for their political purpose. You maybe young but my guess is you are not ignorant of the facts that gun control is a joke, and does not prevent people from killing other people with guns.
