constellation of the Eagle, situated in the northern sky, and was utilized by Nostradamus
in several of his writings (including also in Verses Three and Four) to designate the
modern Eagle nation of North America, the United States.
Aquila is the modern name for the Constellation Aquilon, whose primary stars are Altair and Dheneb.
It is a Vulture, not an Eagle.
It's not my fault Gerard of Cremona mistranslated ibn Ezra's Judaeo-Arabic because the Arabs mistranslated the Greek, from Ptolemy's works, and he got them from Hipparchus.
