What irritates me most is that they do this under the guise of "women's health", ignoring the fact that 50 percent of those killed were female. How do you reconcile that?

Simple, they dehumanize a 14 week old baby, into believing it's a mass of gelatin or a mass of disorganized cells.

That bugs me too, killing 1 twin just because the mother doesn't want the hassle of 2 kids.
