There are only two parties who have any say in what Walmart pays its workers: Walmart, and the workers. More than 1.5 million of them show up for work there every day, each one judging that the highest and best use of their time is to punch in. Walmart is offering each of those people the best job available to them.
Then it behooves me to ask that you state this constitutional reference to this case law you speak of.
Please show me where in the constitution it is written, the basis for this case law dealing with the subject at hand.
Now, I am not only all ears, but all eyes as well.

Ironically, greywar apparently hasn't bothered to read the Commerce Clause of the Constitution. If he had, he would have realized that the point I was trying to get him to admit was that there is nothing in it which gives the federal government the power to set wages. Ah, well. Better to be on the ignore list than to continue to argue with someone who can't find the truth even when they're told to look for it.
