Apparently these black students and faculty members wish to be profiled as stupid as well?

i don't see that qualifier anywhere in their complaint. point it out please.

As it says at the end the more information is better for crime alerts, as long as it is correct.

What exactly is right about giving out the wrong description of suspects?

Come on get real. In most cases it is obvious if a person is black, white Asian, etc. This is getting ridiculous.

It DOES get silly sometimes. To the point that it could be dangerous.

I read an article earlier this week that said, "Police need help finding man who sexually assaulted and robbed group of teenagers in park."

Literally no description of the perpetrator was given. Except that he was a man. Why even bother reporting at that point that police need help?

Or they'll talk about what the guy was wearing. Gee, thanks. All guys in wearing red shirts now on everyone's suspicion list!

That some student and faculty organizations at one school object is no more a reflection on the left than those who get worked up about a biracial Cheerio commercial is, on the right.

reminds me of the "pc" St Cloud Times ( Minnesota daily newspaper )

Their editor said they refuse to give the race of a suspect unless they have more information to go with it.

They have no problem giving out the gender of every suspect however.

Since giving out the gender eliminates about 50% of the populace, giving out the race would eliminate about 85% of the remaining suspects.

I always laugh when the St Cloud Times refuses to give out the race.

Usually, the first internet comment on the story says........................" from the WJON Radio site........two black males......................"
