Read here on PJ Media. It's likely for the US Postal Inspection Services which has 1,600 special agents, and is nothing new.

The USPS announcement that they were purchasing ammo did not specify a quantity; reports on sites like infowars and WND about "large amounts" or "giant purchase" are hyperventilating.
