Earlier reports gave no details - but HuffPo has interviewed the plaintiff and posted the lawsuit.
The lawsuit was filed without a lawyer. At best the plaintiff encountered a rude manger who said "you people". Unfortunately for the plaintiff, by going public his prior convictions for robbery and sodomy have resurfaced.

Assailant Sentenced to 27 Years for Jail-Cell Sodomy, Robbery - Los Angeles Times
1985 - A Lake View Terrace man described by probation officials as being "not fit to live in civilized society" was sentenced to 27 years and eight months in state prison Thursday for sodomizing and robbing an 18-year-old Sylmar man in a jail cell at the Foothill Division police station.
San Fernando Superior Court Judge Dana Senit Henry imposed the sentence on Webster Lucas, 30, who was convicted on five charges stemming from the August, 1983, jail-cell attack and an attempted robbery in Pacoima three hours earlier.

Ah, he learned how to be a 'jail house lawyer' and has transferred those skills to the outside world.

He would NOT want me to be the Judge, nor would he want me on the Jury!

This is the kind of nonsense that makes our judicial system a joke at times.

It's clear that the probation officials are right -- Webster Lucas is STILL not "fit to live in a civilized society".

I don't think our judicial system is a joke. There have always been and always will be frivolous lawsuits filed. Probably every day. This one just happens to be especially stupid and frivolous.

I can just imagine if the guy ordered two hamburgers and got one napkin... now that is over the top racism.

The link to Huff took me to Ukraine.

Maybe this link will work:

McDonald's Sued For $1.5M By Customer Who Wanted More Than 1 Napkin

What happened 25 years ago, does not matter.
That this guy claims "undue mental anguish over this incident has left him unable to work" is BS.
