One solution is you take any person who does not pay the mandated fine, which should be set at $25,000 per year for those who do not buy a cobra health insurance plan if they are not working

To get shot in the head and head chopped off so people fear govt for dear life and buy unaffordable health insurance

Just assuming for one second that you are serious, which I know you aren't, I've got a better idea. I think that everyone who supported Obamacare (the ACA for those who don't want Obama's name tied to this atrocious legislation) should be required to pay a fine for every person whose insurance was lost, canceled, or changed due to Obamacare regulations. I'd say $10,000 per person per instance should be enough to make sure that there is enough revenue to cover everyone's medical bills until such a time as the law is either fixed or revoked.

Those uninsured patients who can't demonstrate the ability to pay for their care could be denied service at emergency rooms -- the same way that the cons now want to deny care to poor people.

Lying on the sidewalk clutching your chest after a heart attack? Got no insurance card? We'll need you to sign this statement of financial responsibility before we put you in the ambulance. Oh, and the deposit is $10,000. We take Square.

And it should start with every Democrat who voted for the bill without reading it -- Pelosi should write the first check.
