This article makes some interesting points about how the former CSA is dragging down our nation in general. The question is, how much longer will the rest of the country tolerate it?
Well, Lincoln killed 800,000 Americans to keep the South in the Union.

Are you suggesting that Lincoln was wrong?

He was only wrong insofar as he didn't shoot enough rebels.

So, where does the constitution prohibit a state from leaving?

So you agree with killing 800,000 Americans? Pathetic.

I guess you would also agree that the King of England didn't kill enough rebels in 1776.

First, more than half the casualties from the Civil War were Union soldiers. I said he didn't shoot enough rebels.

Now if that were 800,000 rebels, that would've been ok with me.

Second, What does England have to do with anything? I never said anything about some universal principle of shooting rebels just because they happen to be rebelling against something. I just wanted the ones that rebelled against our government in the 1860s dead. How could you not have understood that?

That's hypocritical. The rebels in 1776 were no different from the rebels in 1860.

How can you not understand that?

It's not hypocritical.

The difference is that I'm an American and not British.

Do I need to explain this to you?

Your attempt to try and hold Americans opposed to the rebellion in their own country to opposing every rebellion in every country ever is the intellectual equivalent of Swiss cheese, a little holey.

Not sure what you're trying to say. This makes no sense.

Yes you are so right. Without the moral South the whole country could be corrupt.
