Great way to jack up the application numbers. Just like Democrat voters, you get counted multiple times.

7 Million applications, billions spent.... 200,000 newly covered.

HHS told the press the site went down because of "high demand".
Their people will "slowly bring it back up"

Thank God these people don't operate online banking, ATMs or any online bill paying software

Healthcare.gov Goes Offline as Last-Minute Applicants Flock to Site | NBC4 Washington
According to a statement from the Department of Health and Human Services, "The tech team will gradually bring the site online in order to meet the high consumer demand once the issue is resolved."

Reasons #13 & 14 for not signing up.
  1. Your individual insurance plan was cancelled and you believe other Marketplace plans are unaffordable.
  2. You experienced another hardship in obtaining health insurance.

Yes it's a hardship and very unaffordable.
Isn't this the excuse for anyone not signing up ?

There is no March 31st deadline.
