The IRS is going anyone who dissents against the Democratic party. Maybe it will take something like their foot soldiers to wake up.

That is quite different and refunds have always been that way with personally debt claimed by government. this is going after children for parents debt. It did not tho clarify if the children had already gained by parents assets;which would make it quite different.

Here is a clue. dont EVER have the government owe you a refund. I always work it to owe the government a few hundred dollars every tax year. Make them go after you by providing documentation.

Yes they can always raid your bank accounts but that leaves a paper trail for use in Tax Court.

Wow, the politicians must love Obama, he was to get the stupid people outside the beltway to cheer as politicians took more money from the people.

Washington insiders who enrich themselves with money taxpayers are forced to send to the government. You get the sense that these people always have a smirk on their faces, laughing at the stupid people - everyone outside of the Beltway - who support their little aristocracy upon the Potomac.

They grow fat and complacent. Vanity and runaway opportunism by the political and chattering classes. In shameless pursuit of money, stature, and power at the expense of real America.

Bush did not veto the bill because of the elimination of the statute of limitations of debt. Nice try though.
